I also cannot get the $5 coupon code to work and I’ve never used it. With the 35% off applied + 15% off for subscribe & save, it get’s the price with tax under $11 which seems like an ok deal, but not a great one. The $5 code would make it a great deal so I’ll keep an eye on this thread to see if anyone figures it out.

FYI. I used the promo code for the Strawberry Crisp deal a few weeks ago but I was still eligible for the $5 off in which I didn’t have to add the coupon code (it gave me an error code)

contact customer service. i did the online chat. what will happen is you will place the order using the 35% off coupon. once you have the order number the customer service rep will be able to manually apply the $5 promo code to the order. literally in mins you will see the change in price on your order

The code wasn’t working for me so I ordered anyways, chatted online with Customer Service Rep “Esther” who brought up my order and by the time she was done my total was $5.81 when it should have been $7.81 with tax. Deal of the day for me!
I just went round and round with CS and after “fixing” the coupon code, his total was coming to $9.56. I argued saying that wasn’t correct. So I just cancelled. My item cost was the same as everyone elses; $20.94. So I have no clue.
He initially said since there were 2 discounts used on the order, S&S and the Clip, then promo wouldn’t add as well.
It’s so weird the inconsistency with the reps. After I cancelled my initial order because the reps math was completely wonky, I submitted a complaint that the code wasn’t working. I got an email from Amazon less than an hour later apologizing and they said if I resubmitted my order, they would honor the price it should have been with coupon; $7.56.
So I just resubmitted the order and submitted the info as they instructed and they ended up giving me the order for $4.53! It’s all crazy but it was definitely worth it for a little more savings.

I’m just curious, where this code was originally found? I went to amazon Live chat to get help. They were not as helpful as they usually are. They were grilling me on where I found this code. They wanted a code ID #? I’d like to know where these codes come from. Does Amazon have a sale page where these codes are posted? Any help is greatly appreciated.
