Have read on another link to this deal that the catalina is not printing for people today, 1/24. Glad I read that before I ran over to Rite Aid.

Catalina’s don’t track. My sister did the deal 4 times a few wks ago and got cats each time (2 on her card, 2 on my mom’s card). Not sure why it’s not printing, the advertisement I got before the promo started said til 1/24.

Sorry I don’t have the printout anymore. I googled Jan 2016 National Catalina deals and several other blogs have the Huggies offer til 1/24 too. I wonder if the printout was incorrect?

What is “find and save”?
Its another savings app. This one you get a % or $ back for spending a certain amount at various stores. I don’t have the RA offer Dhigc says, but last wk I had 2% for spending $20 or more at Rite Aid. The spend amount is based on your OOP after coupons and does not include tax. Some offers the amount has to be spent in one transaction, but many accumulate over a time frame of several days to a wk. Since plenti points are treated like a GC payment, it doesn’t interfere with your subtotal! Once you reach $25, they’ll transfer the funds to your Paypal acct. I’ve read on another forum that folks who contacted Catalina CS were told that the promotion for $10 Catalina ended YESTERDAY. No Catalina will print for anyone today. I don’t believe Catalina CS will pay anyone. Your only option is probably to return the items to the store for refund. And the deal has to be pulled off. It’s ENDED.
I disagree, we did this deal this morning, my sister didn’t get a Catalina then I tried, the Catalina printed for me and then I tried doing a second deal and it didn’t print.
Don’t know what happened but we did the exact deals yet I got a Catalina for one and not the other.
Maybe Catalina fixed something by now because people were buying Huggies and not getting catalinas bombarding their CS. Because a person who posted the note about Catalina CS not validating today’s deal for Huggies has deleted their message from slickdeals. The info I posted earlier was based on that person’s post. I wanted to do this Huggies deal but I wanted to avoid hassle if Catalina doesn’t print. it still seems to be a YMMV deal.
If you were doing your deal just after your sister, maybe you got her Catalina and maybe your Catalina is printed for a person doing a transaction after you. Because some are saying today that their Huggies Catalina printed on their 2nd (whatever it was) transaction. It maybe a technical issue with Catalinas printing on a delay exceeding the timing of original transaction. I know my post doesn’t give you much comfort.
I think you are right on that theory because when I looked over my receipt my gold discount kicked in and threw me off from the $30. But I did another transaction on someone else’s card right after and that card should have gotten $10. But didn’t and it didn’t get any discount. I called Catalina an submitted a ticket. Keeping my fingers cross.

I have a paper that printed from Catalina machine prior to the sale that says it goes til the 24th. Hopefully everyone will receive there Catalina’s. Make sure everyone calls or emails them on there site!

I submitted my receipt on the Catalina site and got this email back this afternoon: Your request has been forwarded to our Fulfillment Department for processing. You can expect to receive a replacement coupon within the next 10 business days.

I feel bad. I messed this deal up. With gold rewards it took 20% off the third package…so I was 1.23 short of the 30.00. UGHHHHHHHHH. I almost returned them. Sounds like I may not have gotten the catalina anyways but I felt awful. Usually the sale items do not give the gold discount but they did in this case….
I think usually with rite aid i still get the catalina and plenti points as long as the total is met before coupons. That was my experience when i did the huggies deal two weeks ago.
Gold can mess you up if not careful. Even if something is bogo50% off, and you buy 1 item you will get the gold discount. That’s why the 3rd item was given gold discount. Read that some were buying a pack of wipes or 4 packs of diapers instead of 3 to counter gold.

Amanda, the offer from before (that you are referencing) for the Plenti Points expired at the end of that week, this offer for Plenti Points is new today and is valid until next Saturday. Catalinas do not track, so there is no restriction on earning them, but they do not impact whether or not you earn Plenti Points
It is a separate deal – you should earn Plenti Points for it

I called Catalina and they are mailing me my $10! Yay! I can’t even handle it when a deal gets messed up. I think I have slight coupon ocd. If a deal doesn’t go right I fret over it forever. 😂

I don’t shop at Rite Aid often…my subtotal printed on my receipt after buying 3 packs reflected the $6 off from coupons, so it was under $30. No Catalina. Would that have anything to do with it?
It shouldn’t. You are using the manufacturer coupons as part of your payment. So as long as you spent $30 pre-coupons, it should not affect the catalina.
I just got the catalina in MI but it was for $8 – can’t figure that one out but better than nothing!
I did this deal today in WA but, like many others are reporting, my Catalina did not print either. Luckily, my store is great. When I told the manager about the issue, I asked if she had a phone number that I contact Catalina about my unprinted coupon. Instead, she fixed the issue and gave me a $10 Rite Aid gift card!

I called yesterday and was told they would look into it from the receipt information I provided and reply today. I just received a response stating that I had not met the offer requirements as set by the retailer or manufacturer.
Thanks to the screen shot I nicely responded with the screen shot and information from receipt as previously provided showing in fact I had purchased over 30.00 and on 1/24 an eligible date. I received a response within five minutes stating that I would receive my replacement coupon within ten business days.
