I wish I had this past couple of days πŸ™ I did not leave my house since Thursday, we got almost 2 feet of snow πŸ™

Same here in VA, but you better believe I am in the hunt for a pretty good one.

        I’m in VA too πŸ™‚

      Oh wow!

Here in Queens, NY we got 34″, almost 3 feet❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️

      • Karen

Glad we visited NYC (our first time) two weeks ago when your weather was wonderful!

      • jenna

Parts of staten island got 31 inches! We’ve been shoveling since Saturday evening

Had to laugh at that one. Cruel, Collin, cruel! Just kidding ((((Air Hugs))))

I’m in VA too, totally forgot to order a snow blower when I was looking this summer. Any suggestion on a good one? I don’t think this snow shovel can handle it if we get another storm like Jonas! πŸ™‚ from Amazon will be great! Anyone have experience with this brand? I see that they have snow blowers too.

I have a John Deere 2 stage snow blower. It’s 17 years old. It runs as great as the first year. I don’t even know if they make them any more – and if they do, are they the same quality. But if you live in an area that gets snow – I mean you get over 90 inches a year with a few good storms, you’ll want a 2 stage blower.

This doesn’t seem big enough to handle a good amount of snow. I live in Michigan – no way I could use this

We live in Northern MI and while this wouldn’t work for the driveway, we have a large, wrap-around deck that it would be perfect for.

I would not recommend a snow removal product with a cord. We have an electric snowblower and it’s faster to shovel. It’s a challenge to keep it plugged in and doesn’t go through even a few inches of light snow!

    • Dollbaby's mom

I was thinking the same thing.

Yep, here on KY we received 14in. My husband grew up in the UP and is an electrician…he said no way to a corded snow blower even here in KY.

I just giggled at this…. I’m sure it would be helpful but we got 40″ inches over the weekend. I’ve never seen so much snow! We are still digging out but needed backhoe’s, the big stuff. The Snow Plows trucks kept getting stuck in our development today trying to dig us out. Thankfully, we had a snow blower but it has taken days to get our driveway open.

You’re lucky that a plow came through. We’re still waiting to be plowed out! Wondering why we even pay HOA fees if they’re not going to stick to their side of the bargain!

      • Cathy

I feel for you. It’s rough. One lane opened but you can get out. They need to come back and clear out more.

I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a snowblower πŸ™‚ and only live in Oklahoma. We shut down over a couple of inches.

    • Erin

Same here in South Carolina. We mostly just get ice and a few inches of snow. Got to go sledding on Saturday, though, for the first time in my life! Pretty awesome!

Wishing I had a reason to use this…but I am still crossing my fingers for rain. My yard is just dirt from lack of water! Stay safe out there! Love from SD, Cali.

Hubby would have loved it this weekend. Our snow shovel broke today. Luckily, I told him to park at the end of the driveway and he just had to shovel a path to the car.
