Getting the customer service representative to apply the code was a total PITA. According to the rep I spoke with, the items are “not eligible” (even though Target.com lists them as such).
I had to call customer service, also. She was baffled by why it wasn’t working even for her. She had to manually refund me the difference.
ugh nightmare. the 20% off promo image goes away if you pick a different color…. I didn’t notice what was going on at first. You cant sort by only items 20% off so its just a lot of time – that I dont have!
