Yes….membership would start the day you pay if you have lapsed. If you haven’t lapsed it starts on your renewal date.

You can do either service desk or web. You cannot renew via phone and redeem this offer.

Did you know that you and him could share a membership? You are given 2 cards per household. He can be listed under your household, not sure if this will help.
I did this at 7:30am CST and got email at 9:28am CST with my gift card number and PIN. It says you can print the message and take with you (cashier will enter at checkout). So easy and like paying almost half price for membership! Thanks Collin!

The different stores offer a different selection based on their customer base. But the one by us does have an organic section (juices, veggies) i dont know about the meat

I signed up through a Hip special a while back. Regular $45 price for highest level silver card. Now when I renew, it says I have to pay $100. Does anyone know if I can downgrade to the cheaper card in store?
You should be able to downgrade in store
When does it expire? It defaults to renewing to the lowest membership level once expired.
It expires June. I will check in store that month, maybe I can bring it down. I don’t really need the higher priced card.
If my membership doesn’t expire until July and I renew now does my renewal add twelve months starting from July or today?
I had the option to upgrade to the Plus membership in September, so we did as a trial (it was $35 to upgrade at that time). It didn’t benefit my family, so I didn’t want to renew as a Plus membership… but I didn’t have the option to down grade to the basic membership online. I printed off my paperwork and went to my local Sam’s Club today. The customer service representative that I dealt with was very nasty. She refused to honor the promo code, stating that it was online only. So I told her that was fine, I didn’t have a problem renewing online, but I don’t want the Plus membership. After giving me a difficult time (again) she finally returned me to the basic member ship and refunded me the price I paid for the upgrade ($35). I was able to come home and renew my basic membership, good luck to anyone trying to get this deal in store.

I got my promo code ,printed it and took it to the store . The girl in customer service told me she could not do it because it says on line. I told her it said either online or in store. She called the manager and he said they could not do it if it said on line. The guy next to her said he already done one and showed her how to do it and I got my 20 dollar gift card. Guess she did not know what or meant.
I’m not scheduled to renew till October, and when I tried just now to renew early, there was no option to?? Anyone else have that issue?

Does anyone know how long the code is good for? I got one the other day and need to wait until I’m in store to do my renewal but it will be at least a couple of weeks before I can get there.
So I renewed mine online I got an email about it ,but still no sign of an email from them that I got a gift card or even a receipt that says I renewed my membership….wondering if I should call customer service. Anyone elese not get there gift card???
