i called about the shipping charge and made them aware of it. She was going to send it over to the department that needed to fix and and said give it about 20 minutes then try it again and the code should work for the free shipping.

they said they are working on it. give it about 20 min or so and it should be fixed. you will need to remove the code and then reapply the code to get the free shipping.
