Thanks, perfect timing! The button on our ear thermometer has been sticking, and it takes a firm “smack” to unstick it. This week my kids have been sick and I didn’t want to wake anyone up by hitting it on the edge of the bed frame. So I smacked it on my knee a few times and now have a big purple bruise. I’d say it’s past time for a new thermometer! (Still waiting for the SB credit, though.)

I just wanted to share. I received the envelope yesterday and it was OPEN, no note from my mail carrier, which I later learned is new. So I called the PO and they told me to first call Kinsa. I sent them an email and within an hour they reply back saying they are sending me a new order at no extra cost. That is AWESOME customer service!
