Warm Swiss Cheese Bacon Dip

1/2 cup Mayo
8 oz. bar of cream cheese, softened
10 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
4 green onions, sliced
4 slices of bacon, cooked & chopped
10 Ritz crackers, crumbled
Directions: In a bowl, mix mayo, cream cheese, Swiss cheese, and green onion. Spread inside an oven safe dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes until melted and bubbly. Top with crumbled crackers and bacon. Place in oven for another 5-10 minutes. Serve warm with crackers or celery. Makes 16 servings.
This dip is amazing and is typically the first dish to disappear at a gathering! Experiment with different add-ins like diced jalapeños to add some spice, chopped artichokes, or even consider swapping some of the Swiss cheese for Parmesan cheese.
