Dollar Tree: Tip from reader Rachel – “I was at Dollar Tree (St. Louis) tonight and they had these Little Remedies for just $1! I was so surprised and excited! They had the same formula for ages 4 and up too!”

Also, tip from reader Brittany – “At the Dollar Tree…almost free Nivea shaving cream! I paid 14¢ (the tax) for two!”

Rite Aid: Tip from reader Sally – “I was one of the many couponers that headed out to Rite Aid on 1-24 for the Huggies deal. I was disappointed when I realized that the Catalina for $10 off of my next order didn’t print out. I wanted to let others know that I had emailed the Catalina company as soon as I got home. I really didn’t think that it would do any good. However today I received two Catalina coupons for $10 off of my next shopping trip at Rite Aid!”

Rewards:

Fit Studio: Heads up! Fitstudio.com and FitStudio ‘Points for Progress’ rewards will be deactivated, effective February 10, 2016.

I would be wary of the Little Remedies stuff – most doctors recommend you not give decongestants to children younger than I think 6? So read labels carefully, as you may be giving them a big old spoonful of nothing (or, worse, Something, as a lot of that stuff is unregulated by the FDA). Basically little ones can have Tylenol or Motrin, so stick to those 2 medicines and supplement with “medicine” as needed – we tend to dye some watered down karyo syrup purple for our son when he’s “sick” and enjoy the placebo effect! – and you’ll save money on “cures” that don’t do anything! 🙂

What a shame on the Fit Studio points going away! I did so well when I earned them getting little purchases for almost free, here and there very often.

I got an email about it…I didn’t open it cause I wasn’t sure if it was Spam.
That answers that. Too bad it’s being deactivated.

I got my Catalinas mailed from the company, too–all three of them arrived together!

    • Annette

What is the contact for the Catalina company?

    • JenniferS

Susan, Which company are you referring to for the Catalinas you received? Just curious I’ve had to contact Catalina marketing many times before myself. They are always very easy to work with if you call them directly.
