I ordered from goggles4u.com a couple months ago when a deal was posted. I got a pair shipped for under $20 and they do not require the upgrade for prescriptions over SPH +/- 4. I can tell the quality isn’t that great but the prescription seems to be the same as my more expensive glasses. I was looking for a cheap extra pair and this was perfect. Shipping did take a long time though.
