Veterinarian here. I highly recommend these. They have the VOHC (Veterinary Oral Health Council) seal which means they have been independently tested and proven to help reduce tartar. Of course, your cat does need to actually chew (as opposed to swallow) them. They are low calorie too (average `1.25 cal per treat). Remember to limit treats to 10% or less of the daily caloric intake. I use these as treats for my patients and they are well received. Cheers!
