  mine was cancelled and i’m very disappointed. it was supposed to go to a charity org that gives prom dresses to those who can’t otherwise afford to go.

   Thanks Collin for today’s Amazon Daily Deals, it’s always one of my favorite posts of the day! On one of the recent deals, I ordered a subscribe and save deal of Aquafor healing ointment set of 6 mini jars. When the order was delivered, only one jar was included. I paid $8.40 and the mini jar is .25 ounces. It clearly stated 6 jars when I purchased. Does anyone know how to contact Amazon to discuss the problem? I looked all over their website. I don’t necessarily want a refund/return, I would rather have the 6 mini jars. Thanks in advance!

  If you don’t want to call, just shoot them an email or use the chat function. I just had that happen with some tea (listed as six boxes but only delivered one). They refunded the original amount and gave me a courtesy credit. I love amazons customer service!

  The same thing happened to me with a multi-pack lip moisturizer. I e-mailed customer service about the situation. They couldn’t ship the balance of the order because the item was no longer available in the same configuration. They credited the full amount of the purchase to me.

  I would definitely call for faster results. I love Amazon customer service and have always had great results. Most recently I ordered cleaner and 2 of the 4 bottles were open and empty upon arrival. The box they were packed in was soaked and smelled like cleaner. Upon contacting then they offered to refund or resend. I opted for a replacement and got my items within the week.

  Thank you again Collin and our Hip2Save community! I followed everyone’s advice and followed the links which led to a phone call. The Amazon rep was extremely friendly and helpful. She told me to keep the one mini jar, refunded my $8.40 and also worked it out that my March subscribe and save order would be locked in at $8.40 for the one month, instead of being raised to the usual price as would normally happen after the promo month. I’m a forever happy Hip2Saver and Amazon fan! 💗💗💗

   Great deal on the Canon printer! I gave the same one, and I love it. Bought one for my office at work, and one for me at home. I got the same deal on Amazon/Staples earlier this year. Prints and copies double sided, collates, has the automatic copy/scan tray. Love it!

  I don’t have any experience with them yet, but I have now seen one in person. I bought one at Bed Bath & Beyond today (looks like the exact one Collin listed here) for a housewarming gift. The couple opened it & set it up right away. It is so very pretty! I actually want to buy one for my home now, too! 🙂 I know there are supposed to be some excellent health benefits from it, so that would merely be a bonus on top of the pretty look it will give your home.

  It really help my husband’s mild allergy to our dogs. He used to cough a bunch if he got their hair on him much. Now, if they’ve been in our room, we just turn it on and he has no issues!

  It also gives a nice, calming low light.

  I ordered one for our bedroom last week. My husband and I had annoying coughs that just wouldn’t go away, and this was recommended. We noticed a difference almost immediately! I ordered another one today for our living room, but I got the wide basket this time. Order it now because the price will go back up!
