I am an existing customer, and it worked for me. One important thing to note is that the credit expires on 2/18.

It appears the issue has been fixed and you should be able to grab it now!
VUDU gives you a maximum of 5 promotional credits per account. Once you hit that cap, you can’t redeem any more. If you are at your max and you try to enter this, it will give you a message that you have reached you’re limit and aren’t able to get anymore

Is the 5 credit maximum for the entire lifetime of a vudu account? Or is 5 credit maximum during a specific time frame? Also, if I only use $1.99 of my $3 credit, will I be able to use the remaining credit balance to make a purchse?

AHA! I figured it out!! When you double-click and/or copy the code from here and paste it into Vudu, it adds a space at the end of it. Delete the space and try (or retype the code) – it worked for me when I tried this and I received the error message the first time!
