I had my Dyson for a little over a year and after sending it in twice for service (and getting lectured by a stupid customer service agent who claimed that they had serviced parts they had not) I traded it in for a Shark I scored for $78 on Black Friday. I love my new Shark!
I also bought a shark! My Bissell bit the dust after having it 13 years and wanted something easy to haul up and down stairs and also does a good job on stairs. So I picked up the shark rocket at bb&b since you can use the coupon and they have a great return policy. So far I’m lovin it! The thing really is like a rocket the way it takes off!
