I made the blender pie recipe that is posted and it was delicious. I used the whole lemon not peeled just as it was posted(read the comments) and my family loved it. It was tart,sweet, and perfect really. I did use a Meyer lemon. Some said there’s turned out bitter and recommended but mine didn’t. It may depend on your lemon I gues.
