Has anyone ever had to verify social security number to get your order? I cancelled my goodnites order because of this. The lady couldn’t tell me the purpose, other than “security reasons.” It’s not a credit card, it’s just a membership. Any thoughts?

Does anyone know how long without a membership is considered a “new” customer. 1 year??
My membership expired last month and they allowed me to sign up today as a new member. One thing I wonder about, though, is they said the vouchers for the money off food would be loaded onto my card. I don’t ever remember the Sam’s club card to work like that, having the ability load coupons and such on them.. I guess we’ll see…
I purchased my Sam’s Club membership in October and they loaded the coupons onto my membership card for the free items and when I checked out everything worked just fine.
