New deals start Sundays. Saturday is the last day.
Correct – many of the sales are weekly (Sunday-Saturday) and Target also often has long-term price cuts and gift card promos as well.

Thank you Collin! I did the Kellogg’s cereal deal in my first transaction. Then I got 5 V-neck shirts and 2 tank tops.
