I have never understood how kohl wallet works and a barcode is generated out of online code.

If you open your “wallet” on the Kohls app, there will be a place to add a promo code. Once you put in the online promo code it will generate a bar code that the cashier can scan. That’s all here is to it. I did this on Wednesday and saved 30% on my order at the register.

i wanted to do this, but there is nothing listed as available for pick up by me (even though I was in the store yesterday, and they had tons of the same stuff). Annoying. But I will try to go in and use all my codes…..
You could order at the kiosk in the store if the items you want really end up being online only. You’ll get free shipping without needing a code and can use the promo codes above.
I just placed an order at the in store kiosk and it was the most frustrating experience ever. You can only use 2 promo codes, you can’t log in to your account so you have to create your cart from scratch, it’s really slow to respond any time you tap something and it beeps really loud every time you hit a key but manages to not actually enter in what you hit half the time. Took me at least 20 minutes to place an order that would have taken me less than 5 mins on my computer at home.

I had some of the same problems. I also found out you could only use 2 promo codes on the kiosk. I used the phone in store to call customer service and they were able to pull up my shopping cart (from the app not the kiosk) and complete my order with all 3 codes and they gave me free shipping. It was a long process though.
When I’m at the kohls store, I’m able to get free shipping from the kohls app. Just in case anyone prefers to donut that way. I do have my gps locations services (or whatever it’s called) turned on, on my phone.

I usually just sit in the Kohl’s parking lot, connect to their guest wifi and place my orders when it’s not a card holder free ship. I still get free shipping without going in store! I placed 4 orders from their this morning;)
Wow! So as long as you are connected to the Kohl’s guest wifi you get free shipping?!?! Do you have to order through the app?
I’m not sure because I wasn’t connected to their wifi (it’s super slow) and the app looked like it was going to give me free shipping. I do have my location turned on. It definitely knows I’m in the area. The app is constantly sending me reminders about their sales when I drive in front of the store.

Are you sure it was connected to the store wifi? You should get a message once you connect that says you are now shopping at Kohl’s click to accept terms. Sometimes it takes a while and then it works for me. I use my iPhone and park as close to the store as possible!

Is the “wallet” feature only in the Kohls app? Is there a “wallet” using your account on the Kohls website? Would there be a way for the cashier to access the barcode from the website if you don’t have the app? I want to shop in store but I can’t get the app on my phone and I’d like to be able to stack the 15% promo code if possible!
I went into the store and was able to use two of the $10 off any purchase of $30 plus $10 off kids and the 15%! And customer service fixed an online order for me where the $10 off kids wouldn’t work although the items were eligible. Ended up refunding me $27! $11 for 2 girls dresses that were on sale for $28 & $18. Amazing! I just wish i bought more!
