Has anyone used this product before? All of the reviews are from individuals who received the product for free. I know they say that they are unbiased, but I was just curious…
I understand your concerns about the reviews. A lot of the product reviews on Amazon now are that way. That would be like checking hotel reviews on Trip Advisor from people who didn’t actually pay for the hotels.
I never trust a product from a company that provides products free in exchange for “unbiased” reviews. I think it’s great Amazon makes them disclose this so we can be better consumers.
I feel the same way as you do. A company gives away products for free just to boost their ratings on a not so stellar product.
Amazon is pretty good about returns and exchanges if there are any issues. I bought a big gallon container of coconut oil a few weeks ago and noticed when it arrived that the expiration date is only 2 months away. I was disappointed that it will expire so soon and even though it’s not actually expired yet, when I contacted Amazon they refunded me entirely. As long as it sold by amazon and nkt a third party I have been impressed with their customer service.

It includes 2 mops so you could split with someone. I haven’t seen another microfiber mop that has the option of a way to slide and rinse or clean it off this way. I always have a couple extra pads and have to pull off the dirty pad and put on a new one several times if I am mopping a large area. This one is interesting that it gives the option of cleaning the pad off while using it. My favorite microfiber mop has been the ecloth mop.
