Kmart isn’t doing well anyways they are closing many stores soon. They just fired all the full time employees in my town and closing store in june. Half the time only half the lights are on the store to save money

Actually not everyone knew this might be glitch when this was posted. I didn’t read the pop banner on their site that apparently stated that it was $7 off $30 purchase, so you can’t assume that everyone knew this was a glitch, but went ahead and ordered anyways and are now upset. Part of my order was cancelled, I contacted customer service only to find out what was happening to the rest of my order and how much refund I was getting back for the cancelled portion of my order.

Order cancelled…. It was for local store pick-up. The 800 number claims they are out of stock. Not too believe-able.
We’ll see if my 2nd order for pick-up ( March 25) at Sears gets cancelled as well…
I think they should honor their mistake, because it takes time to order online… Good way to lose business.
I ordered yesterday and part of my order was cancelled because of a coupon miscalculation. the coupon was suppose to be $7 total and not $7 each item. Boo!!!
Don’t even waste your time chatting with Customer Service. Spent 1 hour and 45 minutes between a Rep and a Supervisor and they did NOTHING. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. One item is canceled and I’m not sure what I’m being charged for the remaining two items…if they even ship. I hope I can cancel this payment on my credit card easily.

I ordered 18 pairs for 33.40. They cancelled 5 of them and my total was 21.75 for the remaining 13 pairs. They still have not cancelled those or refunded them so…fingers crossed!

Shake your head all you want. I lost my job last july and have had a hell of a time trying to find a new one despite being plenty qualified. I have three kids, I did not order duplicates. I ordered some for each child, my daughters will start school in the fall and needed shoes. I also ordered a couple pairs for myself. All different sizes some boys, some girls, and some womens. I did not just go nuts clearing shelves of any particular shoe. I also had $15 in points on $40- which contributed to my motivation for a larger order. I imagine you would have done the same to use your points. I am not the reason nor the cause of this mess. The glitch is, so keep your judgemental and rude comments to yourself. I can not stand women like that.
I agree, though, if I lost my job I certainly would not be spending money on 18 pairs of shoes for 4 people. Maybe 2 each but that’s only 8 pairs of shoes. If you lost your job, shopping is not the answer, just to get a deal, or use your points, it will lead you to poverty if continued. Money management needs to be practiced.
Thank you wanda, and I agree. I worked as a supervisor at a major financial institution. My finances are pretty in order all things considered, but yes, we did need the shoes and it was my choice to order enough to spend the points. I pass most deals up, but shoes are essential and my money management is nobody else’s concern.
Also, to purchase 8 pairs at that price without points would have cost $24+tax. To spend the extra $9.40 for 10 more pairs made sense to me financially. They are not expensive shoes and my kids go through them quickly. As it stands with the ones that cancelled I spent $21.75 total. Less than the original cost of the 8 pairs you suggested as they honored the points due to the items being out of stock.

I understood the coupon to be $7 off a $30 or more order, and was expecting to pay $23 for 3 pairs of shoes (which I thought was a good deal since my boys need athletic shoes). Last night the coupon took off $7 PER PAIR, but my order was unfortunately cancelled. Luckily I was able to find some similar shoes in stock and apply the $7 off $30 coupon. I had $10 off $20 shoes in surprise points, so in the end I got 3 pairs of shoes for $13.92 shipped 🙂 No complaints here. Thanks for posting the deal; I got a great price on something my family needed 🙂
The email I got shows that some of the shoes are canceled and some are processing. How can you tell how much they will charge you for the shoes that are processing?

OK I can accept they cancelled my order, but to pretend it was not their fault but some other imaginary scenario is truly ridiculous.

I ordered 3 pairs and got 1 pair cancelled an hour later saying “per my request”. I just called and was told 1 pair was not in stock but that my other two pairs are processing. I asked if I will be charged full price for the remaining 2 and was told no that I’d just get reimbursed $3.18 for the 1 cancelled pair and the other 2 will remain at $3 each so we shall see….

I just went to go pick up my order and I paid $3 per shoe!!! Yes some of my order was cancelled but I still got 3 pairs… woohoo!!! Lol
I was the one who realized the glitch and sent the deal to Collin but let her know it most likely was a glitch… I wish people would be more understanding and not so rude when they got their order cancelled. The items are truly out of stock and not just a “blanket” cancellation because I am getting dome of my shoes at the price of $7 off per shoe… The items that were cancelled are out of stock… But blaming Kmart is truly childish. Don’t shop there anymore but it is not their fault they ran out of products…. Next time i will just keep these deals to myself because some people can’t seem to handle dissapointment😀
My item that was cancelled is NOT out of stock..I just checked and the sandals are stocked in all sizes. Its their system that is going haywire. But thanks for sharing the deal!

I just received an email stating that my order has shipped. I Never called customer service and part of my order got cancelled. I chose instore pick up and went to go pick up my order 3 pairs at $3 each. Wow! Kmart is awesome I totally didn’t have a problem with them cancelling the out of stock and now they are shipping part of my order free shipping.
My 2 pairs were just shipped and I only lost one from being out of stock and they still only charged me $3 per shoe, so I’m happy…still 2 shoes my son needs 🙂

I have 3 kids and a nephew. I bought each a few pairs and a size up. I try to save when I can.
I contacted customer service and they reinstated my order and offered me free shipping. I didn’t complain, I simply asked why the order was canceled. They said the items were not available for pickup, found them online and when I shared my total from my previous order, they added the code and I got my items shipped to me. It’s worth asking about.
I ordered 3 pairs and picked them up at Sears. It may have been a glitch but actual cost for the shoes I got was probably close to the three dollars and it got me in their stores. It also got all this traffic to their site. Honestly if the pick up process hadn’t been hidden at a seperate entrance I would have shopped in store clearance. Now that I have seen their large stock of clearance I plan to head back. So it may have been a glitch but they made a conversion out of me which companies spend a lot for.
As far as glitches go as long as you make up cost it’s good publicity. It’s when lease get it for less than the cost that it really hurts.
