Im not sure if they have an app but you can text codes in as well.

No app. To text you have to opt in first, on their full website, under account then subscriptions.

I used a ton of points for a purse for my daughter offered a while ago, and it turned out to be a cheap bag like the ones you get free at trade shows. Very disappointed.

I would email your feedback to them. Each time I’ve contacted them (like when I code wouldn’t work), they’ve given me a LOT of points for my inconvenience, They might do something similar to compensate you.
