I’ll pass on any aeropostale deal from now on. They took $120.00 and havent refunded from the cancelled orders deal. I understand it may be a mistake on their end but they shouldnt get to hold my money. Just got my cancelations last night.

I only ordered one pair of pants and my order was canceled but money not yet returned. Bummer. We tried. Just silly it wasn’t honored. Would’ve loved to try their jeans.
I second that. Still waiting on refunds and i got my cancellation notices over the past weekend.
They also cancelled my order on Ebay last week and I still haven’t received a refund. Thankfully it was only $12. If you look at their feedback you’ll see similar stories. And i remember a few years ago I ordered my daughter some clothing direct from the website, an $80 jacket showed up covered in chewed bubble gum. I won’t purchase from them again.
My orders were also cancelled. They’ve only refunded part of one of my orders. They’re still holding $15 even though they’ve emailed that they are cancelling both of my orders. They said it might take 2-3 days to show up in PayPal.

My zip up hoodie was cancelled the day after I ordered it 🙁 I just got the email yesterday about my jeans being cancelled also.

I will never buy from them again. They canceled my order and they are giving me the runaround on a refund. Maybe Hip2Save can join us on a boycott 🙂
Still waiting on my refunds too. One shows as pending in PayPal. Not sure why it’s pending. Any other refunds are right away available.
They cancelled my orders from ebay but they still have the items for sale that I ordered have not received all of my money back yet
I’m so over them at the moment. I just messaged them about my eBay order and they told me it has been canceled due to a technical error but haven’t officially canceled it yet. Still says I’ve paid them & waiting for them to ship. Bad business in my opinion. I’m all for them canceling it, just do it officially so I can get a refund. I’ve never had problems when I’ve placed orders on there website but never again on eBay.

My order wasn’t cancelled and I should be receiving my order in two days. We’ll see… I did place my order the night the deal was posted though.

I received shipping notification for 3/4 items I ordered. The 4th was cancelled. Should arrive next week.
Super upset with them. Order got canceled, sent them a message about it and haven’t yet received a reply. I plan on never ordering from them again. “Technical errors”…a respectable company would honor the prices at which they offered their items for sale.
My eBay order was also cancelled, but oddly enough they cancelled it item by item. Have finally received PayPal credit for 2 of the 3 items… Still awaiting the 3rd item refund. Never again will I order from the eBay site. However I have had no issues when ordering direct from Aeropostale.com.
I filed a complaint against them with the New York Better Business Bureau for doing this. We had a completed contract, including payment. They have no right to cancel a contract just because somebody on their end didn’t limit the inventory from the sale. The merchandise is available on their regular web site, so they are just choosing not to honor the sale.
