Does S &S lock you in at that price for good, or if you actually subscribe and on your 3rd delivery the price goes up, do you pay the new price?

The price is just for your current delivery. Subsequent deliveries will be at the current price. You can always cancel after it ships and add it again if there is another coupon offer or better deal.
