I am sure this is not the case with all of their products, but I purchased ink from them for my officeJet Pro 8600 last year and it’s been awful. I had ordered 2 sets, the first one started acting up after 2-3 weeks…black ink bleeding at the corners of the paper, faded pictures, blurry lines…a big mess. I called customer service and I was asked to try to other set and that worked fine at first. So they sent me a replacement free of charge. Well after a week I started having the same issue, I put in the third set and again it was okay for a week. So I called customer service again and they asked me to ship all the cartages back to them for a full refund. Bad product, but great customer service, at least in my case.
Thank you!!!I was just getting ready to order for my grandma
So sorry to hear that! Thanks so much for sharing your experience!
Collin, the links aren’t working; at least for me they aren’t. It keeps saying “The address is not valid”.
How odd. I am still finding them to work for me as I click through. Are you by chance on a mobile device?
I am getting an address is not valid as well.
Darn! Are you able to try it in a different browser? Hope that helps!
I am not; although I am on my work computer so that’s probably why. For some reason, my company firewall won’t let me through the affiliate links every once and a while. Thanks for checking! I’ll use my phone =)
