Does anyone know any information about how long the pay out usually takes? I just checked my account, and it said “Estimate Payable :14 weeks” I thought that it was usually around 21 days? Does this seem unusual?? Thanks
Did I miss this deal, I just saw this. Sad days.
I did this deal and darned if Walmart didn’t refund my money, saying I didn’t pick it up in time. They didn’t even send me an email or text to tell me the order was ready. 🙁 I contacted Topcashback about it, asking if they would still allow me to buy it and get the offer, but they haven’t responded.
I bought a chair from Hayneedle for $800 in Jan. It was 10% cashaback. I thought i will get $80 in my account. I don’t get cashback. I have to sent email to customer service to asking for cashback. Took me 2 month before i see cashback. Since it show $80 in my account i requested for payout. I don’t payout! I have to sent them another 9-10 email about this issue. I have to sent my ID, order confirmation, prove of purchase, delivery invoice, etc. They will keep asking you for more evidence. Today is 5/11/2016 They still don’t payout and now i can’t login my account anymore! I’m going to report this website. https://www.stopfraud.gov/report.html
Topcashback is scam! They won’t payout.
It took an eternity, but I was finally able to request payout. We’ll see if it reaches my PayPal. Apparently, this site’s claim is that it takes a while to get money from the merchants so you have to wait. While you wait, you must constantly visit the site to keep your account active. If it’s deemed inactive and they deactivate it for you, you guessed it, you don’t get paid. It’s not quite a full on scam, but they don’t make anything easy.
