Does anyone know when Kohl’s is running the 30% off for cardholders this month?

    • Dee

Great question!! I was just going to ask that myself!!!! Lmaoooo

      • Shannon

        Me too! Lol

  2. Mary

Also check your Discover card account. They are running the $10 off a $30 purchase at Kohls promo again! Which really is just a free $10 with no minimum purchase if you use it on the Kohls App because it goes in as Kohls cash. Thanks Discover!!!

    • Melissa

Where would I find this on my discover website

      • Lori

I think after you log in, it’s under Discover Deals.

      • Mary

Yes it’s under discover deals…type Kohls into the search.

Anybody have this mixer? The reviews aren’t very good at all, but I’m in need of a mixer to use a couple of times during the year. But yet I hate to even spend $2 on something that will break after the first use. Any feedback?

    • Catie

We bought one in January to replace our old one. I think we have used it twice now, it is NOT very strong, but it worked to make frosting and to beat eggs. Like you, we only use it a few times a year, so I figure it will be fine, for a few years a least.

Does anyone know if this would include a deep fryer or where I could find a good deal on one? Ours burned out 😔

  5. Cindy

Woo! I had $10 Yes2You cash plus the $10 Discover code, so I get the hand blender free with store pick up and MAYBE I can still get the $10 rebate 🙂 Thank you, Collin!!!!!!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Great score Cindy! You’re so welcome!

  6. Pat

Be careful and keep all your info on this. I ordered three items and only got a rebate on two and nobody would help me get the third rebate even though they shipped it to me and I had the paperwork. It was up to three rebates last time and I only got two.

    • Gina

I had this happen with me, but with only one rebate. Turned everything in and didn’t receive my rebate. So disappointing and leery about doing kohls rebates again.

    • jac

Pat’s correct–it’s definitely a good idea to keep records. I’ve had trouble w/ them (and other companies), too. I’ve long suspected that the clearinghouses that process the submissions make intentional efforts to “lose” some, with the hope that customers won’t remember, won’t be able to prove their submission, or will just give up after the 6-8 weeks has passed.

Another tip is to also put a little extra energy into making your submission as neat and organized as possible. Not just written neatly, but also organized in particular ways as an indicator that you’ve upheld your end of the rebate agreement. For example, I like to fasten all UPCs neatly to a strip of paper or index card to make sure they are all visible at one time. (It would be difficult for rebate processors to argue that you should receive only some of the rebates if all UPCs are securely fastened in the same place together.) I also check items off the “Rebate Instructions” as I complete them, not so much for me, but to communicate that I’ve read and satisfied each requirement on the form. Strangely, I find that I get better results this way. My guess is that this approach communicates that a person has done his/her homework, likely has records, and will fight back if the rebate doesn’t show up!

One other tip in case you find copying or storing/organizing photos to be a hassle. There are several free or low-cost scanner apps for phones or tablets (I use Scanner Pro from Readdle) that can take a photo and convert it to a PDF, which you can then label, date, and store in a folder on your device. I find that this makes the rebate process super easy (much quicker than copying), cheap (no wasted ink or paper), and also makes keeping track of the scans a breeze (no need to thumb through all the photos on my phone to try to find records 8 weeks later). I snap quick PDFs of all forms, UPCs, receipts, and envelopes as I finish filling out forms, label them with the date and name of store and/or product, and dump them into a folder called “rebates”. Every once in awhile, I check the folder to see whether I should have rebates on the way, and when the rebate arrives I delete its corresponding file. Saves me time, mental energy, and headaches, especially in the event of a “lost” submission.

HTH–these really are great deals, as long as the rebate arrives!

      • Jodi

Thanks for these great tips. I have bought these type of deals for donations to the church or a program that helps people move into permanent housing after being homeless. Getting the rebate back makes the donations more affordable, but I don’t always remember to submit them, let alone follow up.

      • krutti

Great Tips Jac. Thanks! really helps someone who is new to rebates 🙂

      • Mary

Thanks for the tips, I just downloaded the scanner. !!!!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Sorry to hear that Pat! Thanks for the honest feedback!

does the $10 off $30 from discover include tax? thx

  8. dhigc

Does any one know, Can we get the mail in rebate for more than one appliances in the list And we have to claim this after purchase? please help

    • jac

Form says “limit 5” — you can send them all in using one form. Yes, claim after purchase. Maybe print the form asap, then after your items arrive cut the UPC from the boxes and use the packing slip from the box as proof of purchase.

      • dhigc

        Thanks, Jac ..

      • TrishS

Are you sure that you can submit multiple claims (upto 5) using just one form? one per claim?

  9. Cindy

I have a rebate question. This is my first store-pick-up item that qualifies for a Kohls rebate. When the rebate form says to include the “original receipt or packing slip,” I’m guessing there won’t be a packing slip since the item isn’t being shipped. So what exactly qualifies as the original receipt? Will I get something at the store when I pick up, or can I just print out the order confirmation (which hardly seems original since I could print it out multiple times)?
Thanks to anyone who’s been through this and can help 🙂

    • vmm

you’ll get a digital receipt emailed to you. print it and use that. I’ve done it with no problems

  10. Mary

When you pick up your item, you will be given a receipt.

    • Cindy

      Thank you, Mary!!

  11. Brooke

The rebate form states “Not valid with any other promotions, with the exception of the Kohl’s Associate discount”. Will using the IRISHLUCK promo code make the rebate invalid?

  12. Anup K

Nope. Just talked with one of the kohl’s representative and she mentioned IRISHLUCK promo code is just fine for the rebate. Only the 3rd party promotions make the rebate invalid.

    • JJ

Is the Discover $10 off Deal considered a 3rd party promotion? It appeared as Kohls Cash on my receipt so there is no indication it was via Discover.

  13. Kerry Robertson

If you wish to gift any of these small appliances and get the rebate to make it a thrifty gift or donation purchase, you can remove the requested info/barcode by using a sharp razor blade. Simply slice only the top printed layer of the box in a very neat rectangle and it will lift off, leaving the box looking as you just removed a price tag.

    • Kay

      Good idea, thank you
