We got one a couple months ago and use it almost every night. Salmon is wonderful in 5 mins. Sweet potatoes are amazing in about 6. Baked potatoes in 10. I like that you can sauté/brown chicken first then fully cook it in minutes. We LOVE this! I highly recommend it!

I have the pressure cooker XL and it takes forever to heat up and get ready, then it takes forever to release the steam and unlock… Or maybe I don’t use it correctly, does anyone else have that model?
Requested one for my birthday. So hubby said buy. I did get a different model. But absolutely love it.
This is the handiest kitchen appliance I have ever bought! It has replaced both my rice cooker and my slow cooker. You can use the sauté function to brown chicken, then add rice and water or chicken stock, and a complete meal is done in no time! I’ve also made chili, stew (meat is so tender), and vegetables. There is also a FB group for the Instant Pot, which is very helpful.
