I got it, but its pretty unclear what the exclusions are and how the $10 is going to be taken off.
Go to overstock.com buy something $10.00 or more check out select payment paypal… sign into your account complete order. In the overstock page it will appear that your paying but once you look at your PayPal it will be free or $10 off. Just make sure you purchase within the right dates.

This probably isn’t super helpful, but it depends on what you’re after 😊 I usually search broad terms and then sort prices lowest to highest. Like ‘Christmas’, ‘Autumn’, ‘Halloween’, etc. I ended up with a book for my son and was really impressed with how many they had on offer for under $10.
I had gotten the email but assumed that it was spam so I deleted it. Once I saw this post I went back and checked it. I had a $10 off $10!! So I just got a double pack of Stila eyeshadows for $2.94 shipped! Thank you so much. If I didn’t check Hip2Save regularly I never would have realized what I had.
