My cart tried to charge me $4 shipping on the backordered mascara. I chatted with a Target rep…..and he had me process the order with the $4 shipping, and then he backed it out afterwards. Target has the best customer service!

What I was trying to say is I literally came on the site to see if anyone else had been charged the $4 for shipping. Customer service refunded the amount for me via chat. Finally got the deal to work. The rep says the site is experiencing a technical glitch.
I am loving all these Target beauty deals! I was able to use my (2) $5 Target Cards from the herbal essence deal you posted with this so I only paid $2.33! So for $23 total I’ve gotten 4 St Ives scrubs, Rimmel mascara (that included an eyeliner), and 4 large bottles of Herbal Essence (which I calculate to be $40+ regularly) shipped to our door! Have you had a bad experience with the product? I have been wondering if this is a good product since it’s so inexpensive and i have seen lots of good reviews out there, maybe its too good to be true. I need to find a good exfoliator that does the job and not break me out.
