  Some are bobbles, some are just figures.

   I think most of these are bobble heads. (Not all POP! are though.) My kids play with them as toys also.

   Thank you for posting this! I needed these for my boys’ superhero birthday cake I’m making (I’m using them as cake toppers!), and I really didn’t want to pay full price!!!

   I collect Funko. All Marvel as well as Star Wars Pops! are bobble heads due to licensing issues. Everything else is non bobble.
