I ordered from them a couple weeks ago. I don’t know what I did wrong but the lenses are thick and magnifying. I have to return them. I did my right numbers too that the eye doctor gave me.
It sounds like you put (+)instead of (-) for your lenses.

we have had excellent luck with ordering glasses online from really cheap places. we did Zenni about 2 months ago, and got 3 pairs. i LOVE their selection, and my kids get complements on their glasses all the time. fast shipping, perfectly made to order, and good quality.
when i order from Zenni for my kids, i don’t have to feel so bad when a pair gets broken or the prescription changes rapidly. for about $10, i can replace glasses from Zenni several times over for what the price of one pair plus warranty would cost from the eye doctor at Costco or JCPenney.

This is our third year ordering from Zenni. LOVE them, MUCH less expensive than the competition. I just ordered three pairs of their basic eyeglasses for my son for about $21, received them yesterday (missed the sale, but I received free shipping). The first year I ordered them on the recommendation of an employee at the Costco Optical department, she said that of the mail order glasses she had seen, Zenni had the best quality and were the most accurate. Last year I needed to reorder my son’s glasses after he stepped on them, I signed into my account, paid, and finished ordering in 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

What do you go if the PD is off by a half??do you go up or down or will they adjust this
Hi, Dayna. You can go up or down. A half mm of distance really doesn’t matter too much, unless it’s a super complex script.
