has anyone tried this before? Seems to be a good deal. I’d be interested in anyone’s experience or feedback πŸ˜‰

If I click the box to choose to make it 12 bottles for $30 more, are the terms still the same? No further obligation?

    • Mariya

      It’s not 12 for $30, it’s 6 extra for $30 more, so $65.94 for 12 bottles

      • Lindsay

I know it is for $30 more than $35.94. I was just wondering if it would change the terms or add a subscription or something like that if we chose to get twelve for $30 “‘more'” than the six bottle deal. I went ahead and bought the twelve bottle deal because well, you can never have too much wine! πŸ™‚

    • Barbara

Yes all the terms are the same and still free shipping! πŸ™‚

      • Lindsay

        Thanks! I got twelve!

  3. Janet

Thanks Collin. I just ordered 12 bottles. Looking forward to trying some new wines! πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

Texas, New Hampshire and Florida customers: please note that by placing an order you are confirming that the delivery address is located in an area that allows delivery of alcoholic beverages to a resident. By law, we can only ship specific brands to CO, CT, GA, NY and TX. Hth!

I ordered 6 bottles when this was posted the other day and they already came today! I did all reds and just opened one bottle. It’s pretty good and you can’t beat the price!

I haven’t received a confirmation email yet, has everyone else? I purchased several hours ago.

I looked into this offer a little deeper because I was recently scammed out of $400 over ordering a $4.95 product. If you check online (I googled “heart of oakwood complaints” you’ll find quite a few people saying they have been scammed by the company. The company that scammed me explicitly stated that you weren’t signing up for a subscription, as does this offer. However, that does not mean that they may not start sending you shipments you didn’t sign up for, if they are dishonest. And sometimes the credit card company cannot get all your money back, especially for shipping costs, which for wine can be fairly high. Just a caveat emptor.

I’ve not used this service, but I did once use a groupon for a similar purchase and two of the pictured bottles I recognize from that purchase: they were terrible!! I think about half of them where at least drinkable, and half we used for cooking only they were so bad. It wasn’t worth it but wasn’t a scam per say – just you get what you pay for, and buying cheap bottles at a store would net the same results
