Cathy, I am wondering the same thing! I never received an actual card, but I can pull up my membership on my phone to show them.
I think the printable card should work. Will try tomorrow and will post.
Employee said it’s been going on for months and probably still for another few months. But what you have to do is turn in your league card from sports authority then sign up for dicks scorecard. Then make a purchase (bubblegum anyone?) And the points will be added to your scorecard account. Hth
