Is this for real??
I’ve always wanted to try one of these! They are the latest weird craze I’ve seen. In Hawai’i you’ll see a lot of places that have them. Drats I wish I was a student! What about teachers? 🙂
A, you were probably thinking this was an “April Fool’s” kinda thing…lol…When I first saw it my reaction was, wwwhhhhaaattt???!!
I tried the teriyaki chicken sandwich, but on this “bun”. It was interesting. Crunch on the outside, but kind of soft on the inside. The problem was that it fell apart kind of easily. Overall, I don’t regret getting it, but probably wouldn’t get it again.
Looks aweful
But I’m a grad student so may try
According to the press release Colin linked to, non-students will get a $2.22 discount off the regular price. I LOVE Ramen so I definitely want to give this a try!
Sorry, but that just looks wrong.
I wouldn’t mind trying it, but if the ramen are deep fried, then No thanks! 😀
All ramen noodles are deep fried. It’s how they are made.
Yay I’m in pharmacy school
I’m a grad student in pharmacy sh cool
We get these at L & L and they are really good. Now I’m craving one. 😉
I had one last week. I was suprised at how sweet it was, even with the jalapaneo coins it still was very sugary. Also dont get it on a date or work lunch. Its messy and falls apart, I ended up just cutting it up and using a fork. That said it wasnt bad but was totally not good enough to justify the added fat from eating a deep fried ramen “bun” Haha! I did sub a veggie burger for the meat but that shouldnt have thrown the flavor off much.
For .22 cents Id eat another 😉 just not full price
Thanks for the awesome feedback Ashley!
My college age soon made it in for this deal. Said it was the best 22 cents he ever spent!
