I sent one to myself (different email addresses) and when I try to claim it it makes me give all my info again and tells me I’m already registered. I even tried to put in my husbands ph# with a slightly different spelling for our street and it didn’t work. And now I think I’ve tried so many times it says “no gift found.” 🙁

so the card just for a friend are they going to send to the sender or i have to ask my frien to send one back to me?
I did this offer around 3 and they sent me an email saying I received a secret rewards and to click to redeem and when I did so nothing happened. Then 4 hrs later I received an additional email with my secret rewards card number! Hope that helps some!

It depends on your personal store if you are using them in store. My store both on Saturday and Sunday would only let you use one per transaction but didn’t care how many transactions you did. 🙂

Only the person that used it first will actually get the credit for it. Everyone else will be charged the $10. That’s why I don’t use them anymore when they’re posted

Your only allowes to use 1 secret reward per transaction. And as far as sending to a friend, the store only takes the card that they personally hand out when you make a purchase. Once card is used can’t be used again. Juat purchase in store or online

You have to be quick so if you’re trying to claim right now it’s probably over… they probably don’t have any cards left.

I just spent 25 min on the phone with CS. My sister & I sent a card to each other (different addresses) yesterday. I saw the email today and tried to claim my card, and the 2nd screen asks for my information (name, address & captcha). But it won’t go through from there. It errors and tells me that the captcha is wrong and that my address is already registered. My sister is having the same issue trying to claim hers today too. CS couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I tried it in 3 different browsers even. She said, the promo was yesterday, looked like the emails would go out today & the cards should be sent tomorrow, 4/20. So she suggested to wait until tomorrow and if I still didn’t get anything, to call back on 4/21 to see about a replacement card. 🙁 I saw many people claim their cards yesterday! And someone even claimed theirs this morning….ANYone have my scenario and able to get through? If not, guess I’ll try calling 4/21 to see what they can do. thx.

just an FYI to anyone who sent in the mail for a SRC..i just received an email with a SRC from the mail ins.. they may be sending them through email to ensure we get them since time is almost up..SOO check ur email ladies!!!

I was hoping to get a few more in the mail though.
The manager at my local vs was complaining about the emailed srcs from previous promotions last time I was in the store.
Especially with the promotion they had yesterday and everyone that will be using those in store, I fear that the emailed variety may not be as readily accepted as the paper ones. Plus, they may not be as willing to let you use multiples ones on one trip. I used 7 paper ones before, but I can’t imagine the cashier taking 7 emailed ones without questioning.
Also, vs will be throwing away about 20 or so unused stamped envelopes if they send the remainder of mine through email. Oh well!
just talked to live chat cs and told her that it keeps telling me the captcha is wrong and my address is already registered. she said their system is jammed so they slowed down the process and they will be sending out the second batch out soon. she advised me to try again later using different browser and told me the chat conversation is saved so i can chat back if i still have problem later. she also said my card is reserved for me as long as i registered my info yesterday. let’s see if the card is actually reserved for me… from my experience vs customer service is very inconsistent and every rep gives you different answers.

yup, i added some random unit number by accident and it went through!! now i have 2 $10 cards… hoping my store will allow me to use both at one transaction:)

Ok, I finally got my card code!! and i’ve never had/used one before – how do i find out how much it’s worth? do i have to add something to my cart and enter my card # & pin at checkout to see? also, can i add more than 1 code? (if my sister wants to give me hers) can the codes be used in-store too? TIA!

I could prob just try it online, but I don’t want to spend that much to get free shipping, so I was just going to go to the store. But I want to be prepared before I try to shop. That’s a NO at my store. It is one per transaction and that is what the rules state. I have seen others on here say that their store will allow 2 or more per transaction but you have to have the same number of items as reward cards. So basically one per item.
