I just emailed them to see if it could be corrected as it is happening ever month. Maybe they don’t know this glitch is happening to current long standing members. I hope they fix it.

I submitted my info and it said the sample is no longer available… but right below it said my sample will arrive in 6-8 weeks??
Mine does to it says sorry we are all out of sugar cookie mix sample then it goes to another page and says will arrive in 6 to 8 weeks it does that for every sample I get so unless it says the actual products name you just signed up for you should get it, I always have!
