It is asking for my credtid card before and I see no option to upload the picture, do I get to do that after I place the order?

Customer service has been awful. The canvases I received are horrible and they will not so anything unless I pay another $50. I have used them multiple times in the past and have loved them. Not this time, they could care less.
I had a similar issue. I’ve ordered from them several times with no problem. They’re always super fast with shipping out the canvas. I got one that had a bit of a gouge in it, I contacted their customer service via chat. They told me to send an email about the issue with pictures of the damaged canvas and someone would take care of the problem. I sent the email within 10 minutes of speaking with customer service and have heard nothing since. This was over a month ago.
What was wrong with your canvas? why were they horrible. I’m just trying to decide if the quality of my pictures are good enough for 16×20. I know for sure I wouldn’t print any cell phone pictures that size. Does the website alert you when the quality isn’t good enough to print?
