There was a post about this maybe last week and everyone that commented it and owned one said that it never shut up. Go to hip’s page and search for this thing and a slightly order post should come up with some comments. Otherwise, look at reviews online.
Oh boy.. We are on about week 3 with this darling little fur ball.. My kids 2 and 5 love it and fight over it constantly.. It now sleeps in the car though because it never shuts up.. Even In Sleep mode ours wakes up out of nowhere in the middle of the night and all day at the shut of the door. But is it worth the hassle if making it sleep in the car? Yes.. My kids love it to the point I would almost order another to stop listening to them fight over it. I got mine at target in the retail packaging.. They price matched no problem

One warning for all the furby dolls. The company no longer manufactures them and there are some known issues, like shutting down repeatedly. If your kid really likes it and it malfunctions the company cannot replace them. You see them in stores but that is because the rest of the stock was sold off to other companies.
Hasbro still makes them. I think these are on sale because the Star Wars craze is over for now.
I have one and it malfunctioned, called the manufacturer and they do not make them anymore. I went round and round with the people.
And I just wanted to add that it is very misleading because you will see them advertised on the hasbro website but you cannot actually purchase them from hasbro, because they don’t make them anymore. I know because my daughter was heartbroken when hers broke after 1 month and they could not replace it.
Buy a new one and return the broken one with your new receipt.. Shouldn’t have trouble doing this thru Amazon or target.
It was Amazon and the problem was I bought it a couple months before Christmas as a present. It was past the point of return for Amazon for that reason by the time it malfunctioned.
My boys 5 and 7 absolutely LOVE this!!! When it’s awake and they play with it:) I agree it totally talks ALOT!! However my boys, lay it on its side and it sleeps really well… Only wakes up when we move it!!!!
They are cool, especially how you can download the free app and control them even more. But yeah, they need an off button. Can get annoying fast…although if it sits idle for 5 mins, it shuts itself off. But heaven forbid you accidentally bump it and wake it back up..lol.
My Daughter has a furby boom and if you pull on the tail for a few seconds it shuts off. Not sure if Furbacca works the same but thought it was worth mentioning.
Yes! If you pull his tail for 10 seconds he will shut off!!
