Kelly – lands end is amazing! I order from them for everything and I have been using them for years. Excellent customer service (lifetime guarantee ) & awesome quality products. Their stuff is pricey, so I always wait for a sale or buy off-season from the clearance section. But I don’t mind paying an extra couple bucks for the quality.
I agree with Melanie. Ordering from the site is no different than ordering from the company catalog.
I also try to buy during sale times, due to some things being a bit pricey. In most cases though, they are better quality.
If you receive something that doesn’t meet your expectations, customer service is great and you can return to a Sears store to save on shipping. It’s a true no-hassle return as well. (Things I’ve returned (usually due to fit or color) are still in package & I keep my receipt, but they will accept items w/out tags or washed. Just keep receipt for ease of return!)

I haven’t used the item yet, so I can’t speak to quality, but my order did arrive safely.
The towels are still a Lands End product, but customer service and return policy may be different than ordering from lands end and certainly no brick & mortar store available for returns.

LE has a lifetime guarantee, so keep your receipt. Returns accepted in store at Sears. Same point program (Shop Your Way Rewards) as Sears and Kmart.
I love Land’s End, very high quality and durable clothing, I ordered online many times, no problem whatsover, some Sears stores have Land’s End sections in the stores, easy return if I change my mind.

I just ordered this set. It is Lands Ends towels but it is through 13deals.com. I have ordered through them many times and they have always delivered. It is a reputable site as is their sister site thatdailydeal.com. At Christmas they did the Samaritan’s purse Christmas child boxes. For every box you bought at $5 they matched it with another box. They also offer other donation deals to homeless shelters. Practical inexpensive donation gifts for people in need. And they also will make a toy donation for animals at animal shelters for a dollar.
