Has Amazon changed their “unofficial” price adjustment policy? I’ve routinely requested by email a price adjustment on items that have dropped in price within 7 days of receiving shipment.. And they have always been honored either by statement credit or gift card credit to my account. Today, the reply I received stated “price matching can only be done on TV’s”, and did not offer to credit the price difference.
You may have worded it wrong or they misunderstood you. They will price match from other stores on TVs and some other electronics. They will credit or refund the price difference on something you bought from them within seven days.
Two different customer service reps have both told me the same thing now. It only applies to TV’s. I asked when they changed the policy and did not get a response to that question. Just restated that it only applies to TV’s, and I should expect there to be price fluctuations.
Same here. Two different customer service reps with same response today. I’ll be super disappointed if they no longer price adjust. I keep a close eye on prices and I’ve been getting adjustments on probably 70% of my Amazon purchases.

you can bring it up pretty much weekly from RetailMeNot. They have a website and an app. May even be able to find the coupon on the store website. What I do when I randomly pop into that store. Same for Michaels, A.C. Moore and Kohls coupons. HTH

I bought the Calphalon set as a housewarming gift and it included this pan as a “gift” mind you I kept it,and soon after I used it a couple times being very careful with it but food still stuck to it.Won’t be buying these again.
