Funny story- I could have sworn we had $5X.XX in cashback bonus from Discover. I went to look one day and it said $0! I was all set to call them when hubby mentions he spent it on Amazon 😒 It is a cool feature though.

What a drag: looks like only for first time buyers. I missed it by just a few days because I used my Discover points to pay for Amazon purchases for the first time just last Friday 🙁
didn’t work for me either although never used points applied, but it is linked somehow. The promo code just said invalid.
And fyi…after talking to Discover once about this, it is actually more beneficial to pay for the purchase like normal and use the discover cash back bonus to apply to Discover account balance at due date. You get credit for purchasing on Amazon (no matter how little) that you do not get if you use your discover cash back to pay for it.
