I’ve been having a lot of trouble with the hip2save app. Like right now I got the notification for the free offer, and when I go to click on it the offer doesn’t show up. For like a whole minute I keep refreshing and it’s still not showing, then after a little bit it shows up. And that happens every time a notification gets sent. Is this happening to anyone else? Maybe it’s my phone or something?
That happens to me also. I just use the link on the text.

I always have trouble with the app in that if I try to put in my address for anything it never allows me to put my state. It’ll show the drop down menu, but doesn’t let me select it. It’s been this way for months, so I just copy & paste the link into a regular browser & do it that way. Hopefully Collin & her team will have some time to fix a few of the bugs on the app before long, but if not it’s just a couple of extra steps.

I tried getting one using my phone but when I click the link I get a blank page. Refreshed it many times and still nothing. The first time I opened the link I was actually able to fill out the form but when I clicked continue it became blank and doesnt do anything. Hmm

I tried this at 11;02 and it said there was no promo. I tried it just now and it worked, but it says it will ship to the address you provided, except it didn’t ask my address, just a city, state and zip code.

Does it actually give you the coupon right then? Or will it be emailed? I filled it out on my phone but when I hit to submit the screen went blank. I tried it on my computer and it said I had already entered and to click to get my coupon. When I click on that, it brings me back to the form to fill out. Strange.
