Sam’s has extended this deal through May 30th. I just signed up without receiving the initial email and it says I will be getting the $10 card!

I came back to this post to ask the same thing! I signed up May 6, got the “Thank you for joining … A $10 e-gift card will be sent to your inbox” email May 27, and I still haven’t received it. Has anyone else received their gift card?
Update: I just got my gift card via email this morning. Hope that means yours is coming soon as well!

I also signed up on May 6 and I have not received my e-gift card either. It does state that the e-gift card should arrive by email between May 15, 2016 and June 15, 2016. The only other correspondence was an email sent on May 27, 2016, thanking me for joining.
