Darn! I am not finding a 10 Tray Food dehydrator available from Amazon for as low as $99.99.
I bought this exact dehydrator a few months ago and it is amazing. It can hold 60 mangos or 3 commercial sized cans of pineapple. It does take up a large footprint, but the capacity is great. Very easy to clean. Plus, it has a yogurt setting. It dehydrates evenly and does not get too hot to the touch.

Can you post liquid in it (like making fruit roll-ups)?
HYes you can make fruit leather. Line the trays with Saran Wrap and pour the purée onto it. Give it a shake to get air bubbles out and to spread it in an even thickness. Makes great fruit leather and so easy to make a ton. I made about 80 (each tray cut into 1/8 after dry) last time.

I have had one of these for Three years now and I love it. I make venison jerky with it every year. We’ll put three dear through it every season and I make all sorts of trail food too. This unit has saved me hundreds if not thousands of $$ preserving food. Only thing is I broke one of the trays and haven’t found a way to replace it yet but, that’s my fault for not looking very hard. Lol
