I went this weekend and they still had men’s star wars shirts for 75% off of 19.99. Score!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Sweet! Thanks for sharing!

  2. Redgoldfish

Anyone know if the Brooklyn stores are hosting this?

    • Melloddie

Just went to park slope one. Not much of anything left, mostly books.

  3. Rae

When I went last time I heard the workers talking about how one of their co-workers bought enough to pack the back seat and trunk of her car when the store first opened. I still managed to find a couple things but it was very very slim pickings. I was kind of discouraged from even trying to go for it again especially with the kids tagging along.

  4. Erin

Kroger had little pillows like that for 30 cents. I couldn’t figure out what you’d do with them. Good for exercise, I guess–at my house, I’d spend my time picking them up!

  5. Carolyn

The signs at our B&N still said 75% off, but I asked and was told it’s all $2 now. Our store had lots and lots of great items! They are only $1.80 per item, if you have a B&N membership. 😊

  6. Diane

Has anyone been to any of the Illinois stores? Thanks!

I snagged a Lego Minecraft set for 50% when I was there a couple of weeks ago. I wonder if this is the same sale from that post that Colin had up 2 weeks ago.

  19. Paige

I was hoping to find the Chewbacca backpack and a star wars play set that they had at 75% off, but no luck. The Tupelo, MS store was pretty picked over. I did see a small Lego friends set and a pink lego duplo set. Those were probably the best finds, to me, but I didn’t need either.

    • Paige

THANK YOU for posting, though! I did find a few books for the kids. 🙂

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

        You’re welcome Paige! 😀

  20. S

Anyone been to Irvine spectrum? Good stuff or no?

  21. S

Sorry I forgot to add Aliso Viejo still has leap pad stuff amongst other stuff if anyone is interested.

  22. Sally

I was able to find a few books, Are the toys and other stuff placed at the same spot as the books?

    • Carolyn

In my store, all of the clearance items are grouped together. They usually fill up 4-5 tables, and there are more items under the tables. I have occasionally found items posted here on H2S as $2 items in their regular areas of the store (for example, a puzzle in the toy section), and they did ring up at $2. Hope this helps.

  23. EJ

San Mateo, Ca one has Doctor Who n Star Wars t-shirts and Frozen book of posters along with some books.

  24. Shannon

I spent $150 two days ago while it was all still 75%! Dang! Any idea if they will let me return and price adjust?

  32. Mary Beth

I did really well this morning at my store in Houston, TX. I went to two different locations and scored tons of gifts for nieces and nephews and some things for my daughter and my husband. I got lego watches, “all you need is love ” blankets, My Monopoly, baby puzzles, Skip Hop baby toys, and a few other items. I got $750 worth of stuff for around $50.

    • Tiffany

Hi Beth! Great finds ! What stores in Houston did you hit up ? 🙂

      • Tiffany

Sorry!! I meant Mary Beth*** I need to go to bed lol

        • Mary Beth

I went to the West Oaks and Copperfield locations

          • Kat

That’s my location- Copperfield! I was the first one there yesterday morning. If they mentioned a lady with a crazy toddler that was me 😜. I got over $500 of stuff for $32. I also went to town & country, they were wiped out but the manager had just found 4 items in the back, which I gladly took. I went back to Copperfield this am and found a $75 Lego set that my friend told me was out of place. They had some unmarked stuff in the shelves but I think we found it all.

            • Mary Beth

I went to the Copperfield location around noon yesterday and there was still a lot left–I was suprised at how many tables they had of clearance stuff 🙂

            • Mackenzie

What was the lego set? Thanks

  33. Mary Beth

The My Monopoly game also included a $10 Shutterfly code, but sadly it was expired

  34. Joannie

I found a LeapPad2 Power Learning Tablet at mine! It was mixed in with the regular Leap Frog stuff instead of the clearance area (but I saw the red dot), which is likely the only reason it was still there. Regularly $100, for $2 bucks!!! I have a 3yo son, so we’re going to put it away for his birthday. It’s going to be an awesome present!

  35. Becca

I went to the northwoods shopping center yesterday in San Antonio, Texas and scored over $150 worth of puzzles, books & other things for around $25!!! I saved over $130! I love the B&N $2 sale! I finished Christmas shopping a while ago but these deals won’t expire and will always be good! Thanks Collin!

  36. art

Bought all of the Despicable Me Mystery Minis (30), all of the Frozen Poster Books (3), a Wampa plush, the only Funko POP! and a Gund Batman bear keychain. Yay!
