Les Mills won’t allow a deeper discount so since the it ends in $.98,that is one that is excluded from promotions and discounts.

I applied the OUTLET40 to my cart about 20 minutes ago and it showed in the order summary but not when I went to ‘Checkout’. I contacted customer service via the online chat and was told something was wrong with the code, that it was valid for the next few days… She checked each of the items in my cart and said they were eligible. She told me to place my order and call the 1-800 number (which she gave me) to make the adjustment. Luckily, I called to fully place the order versus make an adjustment because they wouldn’t honor the promotion even after I had it in the customer care chat log.
