this does print with WM logo and says Redeemable at Walmart. My Wags won’t take this but I won’t have a problem at Target.

Mine did print with the Walmart logo and says Redeemable at Walmart. I was able to use the $5 plus the $4 at Wags before too, maybe because I purchased other items.
if you use the 7.50 with the 4.00 i think that’s over value and they wont let you because they wouldn’t let me use the 5.00 with the 4.00 🙁
The reason they can’t take it is because you can only use one manufacturer coupon per item. You could buy 2 though and use both coupons 🙂
Sorry Priscilla! Just realized you were talking about the $4 Walgreens store coupon. I think you are right in that both can’t be used because it exceeds the value. Guess I will be going to Target!

Internet explorer worked for me.
I had to use internet explorer, redownload java, then allow an add on for smartsource. It was a pain. Hope you figure it out!
Same happen to me.
Smartsource is saying that they are not supporting chrome right now. I had to go to internet explorer and install a new version of java.
tried printing through explorer, explorer edge, chrome and no luck 🙁 …. oh well at least I got the $5 coupon

It was a real chore, for me, to print the coupon also. Finally, in Firefox, I remembered to click the red lego block looking icon, next to the back arrow. It brought up a dialog pop-up that allowed me to enable java to run. Hope that helps.
I had a message saying chrome is no longer supported at this time. 😞 I can’t get IE in my computer. Thanks for the tip anyways Collin!! I was able to print the 5$ though.

walgreens has evidently changed their policy on coupons or else my store is wrong. I used the $4 coupon in the May booklet. That reduced the $8.99 price to $4.99 then they would not let me use the $7.50 coupon OR the $5 coupon because it was OVER the $4.99 left and they said they could no longer reduce the price DowN on any coupon. It had to scan AS IS and they will no longer reduce the price of the coupon to make it work. I went to 3 different local walgreens stores because I didn’t believe it as they have always done it before and they all told me the same thing.
You have to scan the coupon first and then the May savings book for the adjust.
Kay, I did have them try it both ways, scanning the May coupon last did not work either. They said they will no longer manually adjust ANY coupon. The May coupon was for $4.00 and it did not work scanning the $5 one first either as there was only $3.99 left to pay for and the $4 May coupon would not scan either. This is the first time I have encountered this at walgreens, word must have come down from above because I tried 3 different local stores and none of the would adjust the coupons anymore.
I know at my Walgreen’s long ago, they didn’t allow any coupon to be over the price of the product. Like I had a coupon for $3 off a method laundry detergent. I found one on clearance for $2.99, so they wouldn’t accept the coupon. Luckily the manager had to adjust the price, because it rang up $5.99. She adjusted it to $3.00 so I could use my coupon. I don’t know when they started allowing higher value coupons and adjusting them down.

Tried printing in Chrome and said it was too new of a version to be used. Tried printing in Firefox and it said no printer was found….tried internet explorer, it made me update java, allowed the new changes and then it also kept saying it could not find a printer. This smartsource coupon is literally the only one I am having problems with….
Uggghh…me too! I downloaded Firefox & installed Java, got the most updated version, still didn’t work! It didn’t work on IE either! It’s not supported on Chrome. So sad I can’t print the coupon because I really need this! Can’t beat FREE!
Sometimes Firefox doesn’t work for me. This time it didn’t work initially. I had to right click on a clear area of the page where the coupon was..then clicked on “view page info” in the window thingy that pops up …then I had to look under the “permissions” tab that pops up. When I looked down the list, I noticed that “pop ups” were being blocked on the page. I un-clicked the default setting for pop ups and clicked on “allow”…on the right side of the page. I closed out the window and went back to give it a try. It worked. Usually when it takes a while for the coupon to start printing for me, it’s more of less time to change the pop up setting on the page.
I took RitaD’s suggestion & went to smartsource directly. It printed JUST FINE!!!!
