Will RR print if total hoes below the threshold after using coupons. For instance for the Eucerin deal if total is $15 but then use coupons and total becomes $12 will RR still be triggered? Thank you!

I found some say yes to hand soap for 1.13 and and I got a 1.25 rebate I think from ibotta and I got life cereal for 1.15 a box and some instant coffee for 1.24 for a large jar and some centrum chewy vitamins for 2.99 and I saw a lot of coffee pods and baby items on clearance and some pet food and cat litter and dog toys also on clearance.
