I find none of these on Kohl’s site for $39.99. Cheapest is $69.99 I think. I’d love to know if they carry the Kohl’s one you saw for $20 on clearance in lots of stores? Anyone?
I don’t know if there is a way to check online for availability in store? I’m in Little Rock. And they had multiple “discovery toys” items marked down. You could always call your local store and ask them to check availability and price?

I bought it for my daughter for Christmas. It’s sturdy fabric and well made. She’s 1.5 so the size is good for her. I can lay down in there with her with my feet sticking out.

Am I the only one that doesn’t see the point of these…? Wouldn’t a kid like a play kitchen or something more?
My kids (4,2) do love their play kitchen, but they love having their own little space just as much. They hide in closets and the laundry room and even under the table pretending they have their own little kid-sized house. They would love something like this.
Yep, I had a pop up Playhut tent for my toddlers, it was there favorite and they used it until they couldn’t fit into it!!

Nice! My local Babies-R-Us has it in stock at that price. But in general, I’m finding tee-pee’s to be ridiculously expensive. $39.99 is an improvement but STILL! It’s just fabric & poles. I’ve been shopping around to get one for my nephews for some time now and now feel inspired to bust out my old & trusty sewing machine & make my own! With cuter fabrics.
