I ordered this from Amazon in the past, and it was a dud. It said you could use other brand mop pads, so I did and when I went to remove the pad half of the little grabber pieces broke off. Amazon did refund my money, so that was at least good. I would pay more and get a better quality mop.

I recently purchased a Norwex mop that is the same concept but works wonders. It is more money but I’m honestly realizing you get what you pay for. Can’t be cheap on certain items if you want them to last! The Norwex mop dry and wet mops my home! Simple to use and cleans my floors!
